Get some information on hunting from Kizan.

Kizan briefly explained the basics of hunting and asked that you hunt Tinos, the weakest creatures in Ereve, as a test. He says you can attack by pressing the Ctrl key, so let's try it out!

You have come back after hunting the Tinos. Kizan says you can meet his brother Kinu if you continue to your left.
