I better ask Kiridu the Mount Trainer about an enhanced Mount.

Since Mimiana acquired a wealth of experience, it is now eligible to acquire more power. The problem is, I'll have to feed it with only the top-notch kind of food. To have it resemble the greatness of a dragon, I'm going to feed it with the Special Formula for the dragons in Leafre. Pam is the one that sells the Formula.

I was able to purchase all the Formulas and feed them to Mimiana. Once that took place, Mimiana went through shedding and became Mimio.
