Eckhart told me there is indeed a new skill, but it's dangerous for me to learn the skill right now based on my level. He also proceeded to challenge me to prove that I deserve to learn the new skill. To prove it, I must head over to Entrance to the Drill Hall, enter the 3rd Drill Hall, and bring back Proof of Qualification...

I was able to defeat the boss monster and bring back Proof of Qualification. Eckhart told me that I deserved to learn the new skill and taught me something called the Triple Throw.
