I better take Neinheart's advice and go see Kiku the Training Instructor.

Kiku told me he expected me to come and suggested that I take the Acclimation Training before entering Victoria Island. He then proposed that I head over to the end of the Training Forest and enter the 1st Drill Hall to hunt the Target Slimes that are inside.
