I heard Winston is looking for ways to liven up the barren grounds of Perion.

Thanks to the excavation project, Perion and its surrounding areas have been rapidly deteriorating. To liven up the area, Winston wanted me to get him Seedlings to plant around the area. Get Winston 54 Seedlings from Ghost Stumps at Excavation Sites.

I defeated Ghost Stump and collected Seedling. Winston promised to liven up the currently-barren Perion by planting lots of trees around the area, and he'll be the first to start it.
