Since adolescent Werewolf is going through puberty, you should visit Scadur of El Nath and ask for some good advice.
Scadur says that Wolf Pups need to freely run around fields every once in a while and introduces you to a great spot. Head to Rider's Field, located past the Wolf-Shaped Rock in Icy Cold Field, and let your pup get some exercise running around the field.
You and your wolf ran across the Field of Wolves and got some good exercise. Werewolf seemed to have really enjoyed the experience.
