You need to go see the pack of wolves that are here to meet Werewolf. They are apparently waiting at Wolf's Agony, which is connected to Dangerous Forest.
Head Wolf thanked you for raising their baby pup, but demanded that you return Werewolf to them. When you told them you weren't interested in returning him, the wolf decided to give you a test to see if you're worthy of raising a wolf. Now you just need to eliminate all the Wolf Underlings Head Wolf has summoned.
You passed the test, but Head Wolf still seems to want a word with you...
