Rowen the Fairy says she's heard that a lot of monsters have been going crazy and that they all seem to have something in common: their strange behavior is tied to an odd puppet. Maybe this too is tied to the puppet? You should eliminate the Dejected Green Mushrooms and find a Green Mushroom puppet if you can.
