Quest dialogue

You want to restore the Hanging Scroll that the Black Wings gave to Mr. Do. The one person in Mu Lung who is capable of doing the restoration is Jin Jin the painter.

Jin Jin states that to restore the Hanging Scroll, one must make a Special Ink and pour it all over the scroll. He then asks you to bring the materials necessary to make the ink, so he can make some for you.
