The Nautilus' First Officer and handsome muscle man, Black Bark has a worry? I should go talk to him in the conference room of The Nautilus' central corridor.

Black Bark wants to give Kyrin a pretty dress for her birthday, something that would express everyone's warmest regards toward her. He's apparently asked his old friend and dressmaker, Mrs. Ming Ming to make the dress, but she's run out of bright white material. She says that a table cloth made of junior lace is best for the dress she's making... I should gather 40 table cloths and bring it to Mrs. Ming Ming.
