You must obtain Lycanthrope Leathers from El Nath, a Captain Alpha's Buckles from Shipwreck Treasure Chests deep in the oceans of Aquaroad, and some Unbreakable Porcelain, a specialty product of Herb Town, from Captain Hwang.
