For your fourth mission, meet with Captain Hwang in Herb Town to find the Map of Turtle Island.
Captain Hwang says that he will give you the map if complete his request. His request is for you to eliminate the bad pirates Captain and Kru who are harrassing Herb Town. Elminate the pirates and receive the map.
