You brought Ryden fresh Octopus Legs that will be used to make Lady Syl's tonic. Wonder how it's coming along? Go talk to Ryden.

So, it appears that herbs are required to complete the tonic. Use the portal at the right side of Kerning City and hunt Dark Stumps that are on the way to Perion. Gather the Leaves they drop and bring them to Ryden.

You can only hope that the tonic will make Lady Syl feel better...
