Bedin is an alchemist from Magatia. He's a Zenumist, and contends that Alcadno's works are flawed. I better go talk to Bedin.
Bedin had been mad at the fact that lately, there have been an increase of Sand Rats outside Magatia, and asked me to defeat 150 of them.
