The number of ghosts have increased dramatically, that it got to the point of Ghosthunter Bob being sent to Ludibrium to do something about it. I should go see him.

I was able to meet Ghosthunter Bob past the Path of Time of Ludibrium. He wanted me to eliminate the bindings of Master Death Teddy, and collect the bindings for him.

I helped Ghosthunter Bob, who was hastily sent to Ludibrium, eliminate the bindings that enclosed Master Death Teddy.
