Let's go to Kulan Field II to find Alien Gray.
When you tell Dr. Kim that you couldn't get any useful information from Alien Gray, he suggests he build Wave Translator. He asks you to find the materials so that he can build the translator that can decode the ultrasonic waves that Grays send each other using their tentacles.
