I'm sure I received the storybook after teaching Nolbu a lesson. Where did it go? Should I go see Nolbu again?

Wiz the Librarian# from Helios Tower Library has requested me to get Storybook on Hongbu and Nolbu. Hmmm ... I'm pretty sure I received it the last time I taught Nolbu a lesson, but I can't seem to find it. When I went to visit Nolbu and ask for the storybook, Nolbu went on a tirade and decided to give me the storybook only after giving him 2 Plastic Crowns.
