I was sure I received the storybook after helping Mr. Shim out, but where is it? Did I just lose it? I better go see Mr. Shim again

Wiz the Librarian# from Helios Tower Library has requested me to get Storybook on Shim Chung. Hmmm ... I'm pretty sure I received it after I lent Mr. Shim 300 State-held Rices, but I can't seem to find it. After discussing the matters with Mr. Shim, he promised to give me the storybook if I gather up 10 Flamboyant Petals for Shim Chung, who's quite a florist, to make her favorite flower.
