Apparently, there was a thief at Mr. Ku's herb farm at Herb Town...

Mr. Ku claimed that someone had entered his herb farm and stole some of his herbs. Mr. Ku seemed confident that it was the work of the red-nosed pirates, and asked me to defeat Captain and Kru.
