Captain Hwang of Herb Town seems to be thinking of eliminating Red-Nosed Pirates... maybe there's something I can do to help. I better go see Captain Hwang.
Captain Hwang suspects that Captain of the Red-Nosed Pirates is responsible for this mess. In order to help him out, I must find a way to eliminate Captain... I better eliminate Captain and bring Hook as evidence.

Once I showed Captain Hwang Hook, he seemed very ecstatic. To see a grown man be so ecstatic makes me feel equally as good. Hopefully this will in turn transport those herbs safely to Mu Lung.
