The strange boy you saw in the middle of the Nihal Desert... apparently, Wiz the Librarian of Helios Tower <Library> knows something about him. Better go talk to Wiz the Librarian.
You tell Wiz the Librarian about the boy you saw in Nihal Desert. He says the boy is from a folk tale and ended up here because of crack in dimensions at the Helios Tower. He said Le Petit Prince shouldn't be sitting in the desert by himself, so Wiz the Librarian wants you to get back the book Le Petit Prince from him.
