The Sand Bandits are here for the residents of Ariant. Now that you are a member, you should go get your first mission! Talk to Jano.

Jano says he wants to steal an expensive order of silk that the queen is buying and use it to pay for food for the people. The plan is for someone to transform into the guard from the palace to trick the merchant into giving up the silk! But first, you need to get a piece of Tigun's hair.
