You ran into someone from the past who apparently knew you. Maybe Athena Pierce in Ellin Forest knows something about the Seal Stone. You'd better go talk to Athena Pierce and find out.
Athena Pierce says that she did store a rock in Library, which the heroes left for her, and says the rock might be the Seal Stone. Entering Library to verify whether the rock is actually a Seal Stone requires a Storage Key. Kanderune in Boulder Mountain Entrance apparently has it.
