Apparently, Kanderune has the Storage Key that can open the safe where the Seal Stone of Ellin Forest is stored. You'd better head over to Boulder Mountain Entrance and talk to Kanderune.

You ask Kanderune for the keys, and he seems to panic. He tells you that he may have lost it. It looks like the Primitive Boars nearby have the key, so it's up to you to defeat them all and retrieve.
