Luke, the guard standing at the Henesys Dungeon Entrance, seems to have something he wants to say to you. Go to the Henesys Dungeon Entrance and talk to Luke.

Luke says that he heard from Rina how strong you are and asks for you assistance in investigating the Blue Mushrooms that have started acting strange. You simply need to get 40 Blue Mushroom Caps as samples and bring it to Bruce, who studies mushrooms in Henesys.
