Teo says that the only sailor in Lith Harbor who has the ability to sail to the island marked on the map is Olaf. But Olaf stopped sailing a long time ago... If you bring him some Tropical Fruit Punch, maybe Olaf will change his mind. Go to Florina Beach and bring back a Tropical Fruit Punch.
