This is your fourth assignment as an informant and it involves Ilji, who apparently remembered something when he looked at the Annoyed Zombie Mushroom Doll retrieved from Zombie Mushroom. Go talk to him at Sleepywood.
Ilji says that he saw a kid carrying around a Annoyed Zombie Mushroom Doll some time ago. That must have been the Puppeteer! According to Ilji, the puppeteer may be hiding near the Evil Eye Cave… You should go up to the Evil Eye Cave and look for the Puppeteer's Headquarters.
