It seems that something related to the Black Wings is happening in Orbis. You should talk to Lisa.
Lisa the fairy has noticed that the number of Giant Nependeaths has been steadily increasing in Neglected Strolling Path and wants you to look into the Giant Nependeaths there. Apparently, if you're not careful and enter the wrong path from Strolling Path II, you may end up in Neglected Strolling Path instead, so you should head there right now, eliminate the Giant Nependeaths, and retrieve any strange items they might drop.

Lisa was curious to see who would do such a thing and seemed to worry even more that the sheer weight of the Nependeaths might cause Orbis to sink.
