The moment you reach Level 31, you receive a message from Tru. Is it about a new Informant Assignment? But he's never mentioned anything about it before…
Tru says he has an urgent message for you and asks you to come to Lith Harbor Info Shop right away. You wonder what's going on.
So it turned out that the message was from a fake Tru who belongs to the Black Wings. In other words, the whole thing was a trap laid by the puppeteer to throw you off guard.
