You passed Mu Gong's test. You should now talk to Mu Gong in Mu Lung Dojo Entrance and find out more about the Seal Stone. You can get there by going through the back alley that So Gong told you about.

According to Mu Gong, the Seal Stone of Mu Lung is stored in a place called Sealed Temple and the entrance is somewhere between the pillars of Mu Lung Temple and Practice Field : Advanced Level. Find the pillar that has "Entrance" engraved on it and say the password to enter the premises. The password is Actions speak louder than words. You'd better enter Sealed Temple and stop Shadow Knight, then return to Mu Gong.

Shadow Knight

You defeated Shadow Knight in Sealed Temple, but the Seal Stone of Mu Lung was taken from you by the Gentleman of the Black Wings. It seems to be a recurring pattern. When you told Mu Gong that the Seal Stone was stolen, he admitted that he himself did not know the true use of that stone and reassured you that all is well in Mu Lung even if the Seal Stone has been taken.
